Google has started rolling out the monthly security update to its various Pixel devices, old and new. The update will be rolled out in phases and every users with eligible devices will be receiving it over the next one week.

Pixel Devices – September 2023 Android Security Patch
The latest September 2023 Android security patch is being rolled out to 11 of Google’s Pixel devices. This includes 9 smartphone devices, along with the brand’s newly introduced foldable and tablet devices.
As mentioned above, the update will only be rolled out in phases to ensure that the update is safe from bugs or other issues, and if by chance any, to make sure that it doesn’t reach everyone at the same time. The roll-out will be continuing in this manner over the next week.
Pixel users who are eligible to receive the security update must also have their devices updated with the current latest version of the Android operating system(Android 13) in order to receive the update. They’ll be notified once the OTA update reaches them.
