HP Spectre Foldable PC Unveiled at a Price of $4,999.99: Pre-Orders Now Live
The American multinational tech company, HP, has introduced its all-new Spectre Foldable PC. The device has been launched at $4,999.99 and is now available for pre-orders.

HP Spectre Foldable PC Launched
HP’s latest foldable PC is powered by the Intel Core i7-1250U processor with a clock speed of up to 4.7 GHz and is integrated with Intel’s Iris Xe GPU. It runs on the Windows 11 Home operating system and is coupled with 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 1TB PCIe Gen4 NVMe TLC M.2 SSD.
The device has a dimension of 10.91 x 14.81 x 0.33 inch when it is unfolded and when folded, it will be 10.91 x 7.53 x 0.84 inch. The thickness is 8.5mm when folded. With the keyboard, HP’s PC will weigh 3.58 lb and without it, will have a weight of 2.99 lb.
The PC comes with a large foldable OLED touch display panel with a screen size of 17″, a screen resolution of 1920 x 2560 pixels(2.5K), and a brightness rate of 500 nits. It also has a full-sized detachable Bluetooth keyboard, a 5MP HP True Vision IR camera, integrated dual array digital microphones, quad speakers, and HP’s rechargeable MPP2.0 Tilt Pen. A mic mute key and a camera privacy switch are also part of the device.
About its connectivity options, it supports Intel’s Wi-Fi 6E AX211(2×2) and Bluetooth 5.3 wireless card. Connectivity ports include two Thunderbolt 4 ports with USB type-C 40Gbps signaling rate. Some of the sensors on the device are the accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer and the IR thermal sensor.
Regarding its battery, it is backed by a 6-cell 94.3 Wh Li-ion polymer battery and will be able to offer its users a battery life of up to 14 hours 15 minutes in foldable mode or up to 13 hours 30 minutes in detached mode. The device also supports a 100W USB type-C fast charge feature as well, with which, users will be able to fast charge the device from 0% to 50% in just 45 minutes.
As mentioned, the HP Spectre Foldable PC is now made available for pre-orders on the brand’s official website with an estimated shipping date of 4th October 2023 and is priced at $4,999.99. It will only be available in one storage option – 16GB/1TB, and customers can get the device in a Slate Blue color.
