Here’s the patch report of update 22.2 of PUBG Battlegrounds. The update has brought a lot of additions to the gaming world and has also introduced a new assault rifle. Some bugs have also been fixed as part of the latest update. The live maintenance schedule has also been shared with the patch report.

The first thing to note in the latest update is the introduction of a new assault rifle called FAMAS to the game. The French-made rifle has a sleek design and is very powerful with high rates of hit while in combat situations. The fire modes supported with the rifle include burst, single and full auto. Gamers will also be able to attach a 6x scope to the rifle as well. The rifle will have an effective shooting range of 400m and will be able to cause 39-point damage on a single shot.

The update also brings a weapon balance throughout the game and the AUG has been taken away from the Care Packages and the FAMAS will be the new addition to it. Other changes include minor adjustments to the M416 assault rifle, single and burst RPM of the M16A4 and Mk47 Mutant rifles have been improved and the spawn rate of shotguns has been reduced.

Another addition to the game is the loot recommendations. However, this can be turned off in the settings menu. In the gaming world, billboards celebrating the 6th anniversary of PUBG Battlegrounds have also been placed in locations that include Erangel, Miramar, and Sanhok. Several hills have also been added in the valley situated between Barclift and Turrita. A dirt race track has been added as well in the peninsula located south of the Sancarna. New item additions have also been made to the Hunter’s Chest and the Archivist’s Chest as well.

The Hall of Fame museum in Erangel has also been prepared and made ready to commemorate the winning teams in the game. The museum will now on include photos, trophies, crests, uniforms, honor boards, and posters of the winning teams.

Some changes have also been brought to the user interface as well in order to convey information to the gamers in a much more clear and more effective manner. In the Survival Master, a tier system has also been introduced with level 5 being the maximum tier one can reach. After leveling up to 500, gamers will also be able to receive great rewards on the way ahead.

As mentioned several bugs and issues were also addressed and fixed with the latest update and the overall performance and efficiency of the game have been improved.
