Redmi Note 13R Pro with 64MP camera tipped to be in works

Yesterday, Redmi unveiled the Redmi Note 13 series of smartphones in China. The lineup includes the Redmi Note 13 5G, Note 13 Pro 5G, and Note 13 Pro+ 5G. Some of these devices, or all three of them, may break cover in the global market in the first quarter of 2024. In the Chinese market, Redmi is expected to expand its Note 13 portfolio by launching multiple devices. A new leak by tipster Kacper Skrzypek reveals the existence of the Redmi Note 13R Pro.

According to Skrzypek, there will be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 13 5G, which will be dubbed the Redmi Note 13R Pro. The device will be equipped with a 64-megapixel primary camera. The tipster did not reveal the other specs of the Note 13R Pro. However, it appears that the 13R Pro may inherit its other specs from the Note 13 5G.

He added that the Redmi Note 13R Pro will also debut in the global market, including India. However, the device is likely to carry a different name. The tipster added that the Redmi Note 13 5G and the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ will also release in India.

In another leak, the tipster claimed that the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G will also be released in the global market. It appears that the device will also be heading to India, as it was recently approved by the country’s BIS authority. The tipster added that there will also be a POCO variant of the Note 13 Pro on the global market. It is speculated that this device could be called the POCO X6 Pro.
