Funtouch OS 14 Roll-Out Plan for Vivo Smartphones in India Officially Revealed

The Chinese smartphone maker, Vivo, has unveiled its Funtouch OS 14 custom user interface based on the latest Android 14 operating system in India, as announced. The roll-out plan for Vivo smartphones has also been revealed officially.

Funtouch OS 14 – Roll-Out Plan for Vivo Devices

Previously, Vivo’s subsidiary company, iQOO, had revealed a road map for the Funtouch OS 14 roll-out for iQOO smartphones, just a day ahead of the official release of Funtouch OS 14 in India, and the recent update regarding the roll-out plan for Vivo smartphones follows this.

The roll-out of the Funtouch OS 14 based on the Android 14 operating system for Vivo smartphones, will start this month itself, and the update will first be rolled out to the X90 and X90 Pro flagship devices, in the mid-half of October 2023.

From the mid-half of November 2023, the next month, the older X80 Pro smartphone, and from the mid-half of December 2023, a month later, the X80, V29 Pro, V29, V27 Pro, and the V27 devices, will receive the Funtouch OS 14 update.

Next year, from the mid-half of January 2024, the update will be rolled out to more devices, which include the X70 Pro+, X70 Pro, X70, V29e, V25 Pro, V25, T2 Pro 5G, and the Y100 smartphones.

Later, in the months of February, March, and April of 2024, other older flagship and mid-range smartphones of the brand will be receiving the update. In the mid of February 2024, the devices like T2 5G, T2x 5G, T1 Pro 5G, T1, T1 5G, Y100A, and Y36 5G, and in the mid of March 2024, the V23 Pro, V23 5G, and the V23e 5G smartphones will get the Funtouch OS 14 update.

Finally, from the mid-half of April 2024, the last set of Vivo smartphones eligible to receive the update will be receiving it. This includes the X60 Pro+, X60 Pro, X60, Y75 5G, Y36, and Y35 devices.
